Tweed Emphasise Scarf
by Mourne Textiles
An emblem of mid-century modern style, the fabric of this scarf was designed by Gerd Hay-Edie and made famous by Irish fashion designer Sybil Connolly as part of her 1956 Spring collection. Super soft, this scarf offers comfort and warmth while staving off that winter chill.
Mourne Textiles has endured for over 50 years and now in the third generation it has a reputation as exceptional weavers. The combination of Grandmother, Mother and Son as well as a passion for weaving has created a global venture with products of incredible quality and integrity that will last a lifetime. We believe they are one of the finest producers in Ireland, exceptional crafts people with a marvellous modern aesthetic and design led approach.
